LLSC Wins the LARC Overall in Tiebreaker

Last Saturday marked the end of the 2009-2010 LARC Season. Aside from all the rain and ass biting cold weather we lucked up and only had to ditch one race in the first half. Overall, it was a great season of racing. Fun stuff.

Congrats go to LLSC on getting the nod on the tie breaker. They certainly came out and established a commanding roll in the second half. CONGRATS!

And congrats to all the 2010 Winter and Combined LARC winners. Scores are posted for all to see.

The 2010 LARC Winter #4 race is in the books. It was a great day to be out on the water. It was perfect weather for winter time sailing. Looks like the Lake Lanier Sailing Club's firm point standing will carry them through the 2010 Winter Series. There isn't much of a chance for SSC to close the gap.

25 January 2010 LARC #3 is done. LLSC has taken a strong leader position as the leading club in the second half. Will it be enough to hold off the Southern Crowd? Time will tell.

Here is even a better idea. Why don't you come out and play the last two races and see for yourself!

12 January 2010 Well, the second half of the 2009-2010 season is well underway. LLSC is still edging out SSC in total points for the second half. Lack of participation in the first race from the SSC Cruisers has certain put Southern in a points bind.
